Life is not a destination, it is a journey. Young adulthood can be a very exciting time filled with possibilities and self-discovery. It can also be intense, lonely, and confusing.
Young adulthood is a huge time of transition filled with important life decisions that are based on the morals and values you are defining for yourself. Perhaps you are trying to figure out what the next steps are on your career or educational path (or even trying to figure out what your career path is!). Or maybe you are struggling to find a satisfying intimate relationship or feeling confused about your sexuality while everyone around you appears to be happily settling down. You may feel “stuck” in a job or relationship that is not meeting your needs as you are becoming an independent adult. I will work with you to identify your underlying needs and set goals to meet them. You will be empowered to see that you are never stuck and you have the freedom to choose your path.
